Influencers flock to Instagram every day. The social network now offers incredible features to entertain its users and help them create even more harmonious content. Numerous Instagram apps are also being created.
But the best way to make your audience want to view your publications is to make a pretty Instagram feed so that it's perfect. Organizing your posts on your Instagram grid to please your audience is an art form in itself!
At Boostfluence, we're here to help you boost your Instagram account. Our tool lets you organize your Instagram feed the way you want and schedule your posts. But today we're bringing you the full list of the best apps for organizing your Instagram feed.
These apps regularly add new, more powerful features, better integrations and smarter ways to add content.
We've rounded up our best free apps to organize your feed and discuss all the details that might help you decide which one is right for you.
Most of these apps have premium versions accessible via paid subscription, but to level the playing field, we're going to compare only the free versions and features of these apps.
Professionals, businesses and experienced users will probably need more tools than the basic free versions of these apps to properly harmonize their feed, but for the average user, they will be more than sufficient.

Later lets you program your content. It's much more powerful than some of the other apps we've reviewed. It has some interesting differences, such as the ability to post content cross-platform.
However, if you just want to schedule your Instagram feed, these extra features can bring unnecessary complexity to the platform.
It provides an all-in-one solution for your Instagram account, from managing your clickable URL bio with linkin.bio to the ability to schedule your Instagram stories in addition to the usual posts. We also loved its "first comment" feature, which automatically displays all your hashtags in a comment below your post.
One of Later's best assets is its media library, which allows you to effortlessly get content from a variety of sources, ready to drop into your feeds.
If you like to schedule your publications visually, you may find Later a little cumbersome, as you first have to schedule a publication to see how it would look in the grid planner. There is, however, a hidden drag-and-drop version in the mobile app, under the "quick scheduler".
This is almost a separate version of the tool that lets you allocate your favorite publishing times each day and quickly drop your posts into these slots and rearrange them as you see fit.

Planoly is definitely a contender to be the best all-in-one feed scheduling app for Instagram.
The mobile and web app interfaces are well designed and easy to navigate. Both iterations support all the same tools and are simple to use in tandem.
Many users will love the added content calendar scheduling feature, which is a clever way to mark important dates and make notes on upcoming content - you can even color-code each one. This, combined with the image reservation function, means you can start writing a post even if your image isn't ready yet.
The discovery function is handy for finding images to repost from Instagram or free image sites. Perfect for those who like to integrate quality images. In the draft section, you can play around with the design of different themed grids before integrating them into your feed.
Planoly's design is a little less "tech" and more "girlboss", which we liked, but not everyone! It's definitely geared towards professional or corporate users, and we found that many features are only available to those with a professional account. So those with a personal account may be excluded from a number of features (mainly due to Instagram's API).
Those who work in e-commerce will love the " Shoplink " feature, which adds Instagram purchase links on your scheduled posts.

If you're looking for a super-simple app to visually plan and schedule basic posts from your phone - Preview is the way to go. It doesn't come with all the features of other apps and, although there's a desktop version, you can't access it from the free version of the tool.
It's unlikely that you'll need help getting around, but if you do, tutorials are available in the app.
The free version of the app allows you to publish an unlimited number of publications (whereas most of its competitors are limited to 30 per month).
You can crop and edit your images on Preview and the filters provided are surprisingly nice, although you're limited to 2 packs on the free version.
There's not much more to say about Preview, except that it's an elegant app that does exactly what it's supposed to do, and nothing else!

Unum is one of the most creative planning tools on the market and we really wanted to love it. Unfortunately, recent updates have had a detrimental effect on the user experience and, due to system speed and bugs, start-up time has been much longer than with its competitors.
Navigating the mobile app and web app interface was not very intuitive, and it lacked many features and integrations supported by other apps on the market.
Visually, the app offers good functionality and allows creative control over the look and feel of your grid. Unum has filters and tools for editing your images in the app, as well as some editable templates for creating Instagram stories. You can create multiple versions of your grid and drag and drop to organize the order of your posts. Another feature we liked was the " grid shift " which lets you toggle the view between your upcoming posts and the grid'look directly after the next one goes live.
Scheduling seems to be a secondary function to the visual grid planner, and there's no auto-publish option. Unum has very basic analytics and you can save drafts and captions, as does a recent tags feature to remember hashtags you use regularly.

Choosing the app that suits you best is a personal choice and different features will appeal to different people. All of these apps have the same basic functionality and promote safe posting with notifications, analytics and support for multiple Insta accounts.
